According to the official Telegram channel of the Mangistau Regional Courts, the Aktau City Court considered a criminal case against the defendant under Part 1 of Article 109-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Assault causing physical pain but not resulting in minor harm to health).

The court established that the defendant, while intoxicated, during a conflict grabbed the victim by the hair, threw her to the ground, and struck her several times in the face and head, causing physical pain.

The defendant's guilt was fully confirmed by her own testimony and other evidence collected in the criminal case.

The victim requested that the punishment be imposed in accordance with the law.

The defense counsel, considering the defendant's full admission of guilt and the presence of minor children, requested a more lenient sentence.

When imposing the sentence, the court recognized as mitigating circumstances the defendant's full admission of guilt, sincere remorse, and the presence of minor children.

As an aggravating circumstance, the court took into account the commission of the criminal offense while intoxicated.

By the court's verdict, the woman was found guilty under Part 1 of Article 109-1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and sentenced to 40 hours of community service.

The verdict has entered into legal force.
