In Pavlodar, police tracked down the author of yet another bizarre video featuring strings, skirt, shoes, scarf, and vest on a pedestrian crossing... reports infohub.kz.
According to the regional police department, the clip caught officers' attention during social media monitoring. In the video, a woman laid out items of her summer outfit on the roadway to film a popular trend.
Police determined that the recording was made on July 16 near Pavlodar airport and later posted on an Instagram page.
“The offender has been identified. She has been held accountable for violating pedestrian and other traffic participant regulations,” the Pavlodar region police department reported.
Police stressed that such videos, made for likes and views, can pose a real danger to both the creators and other road users.
