At the forum, participants discussed key issues in the development of world tennis, international cooperation and the organization's future activities.
In his message, David Haggerty noted the high level of preparation for the event, the professionalism of the organizers and the special hospitality of the Kazakh side.
"On behalf of World Tennis, I express my sincere gratitude to you and the Kazakhstan Tennis Federation for the magnificent organization of the conference and the 2026 World Tennis Annual General Assembly in Almaty. Representatives from 128 countries and more than 300 delegates highly appreciated the attention to detail and the flawless organization of their stay. From the warm welcome at the airport to the gala dinner on Kok-Tobe, we were surrounded by exceptional care throughout the visit," the letter says.
The World Tennis president also noted the scale of the organizational work involved, given that preparations for the general assembly took place alongside preparations for the Almaty Open ATP 250 international tournament.
"We fully recognize the significant effort required to hold the conference and AGM simultaneously with preparations for the Almaty Open. Everyone involved in this work deserves the highest praise for the professionalism and attention they brought to organizing both events," he said.
At the end of the letter, David Haggerty wished the Kazakh side a successful Almaty Open ATP 250, which runs from October 17 to 25 at Almaty Arena.
