Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed gratitude to Kazakh President Qasym-Jomart Toqaev for congratulating Ukraine on the 35th anniversary of its independence, reports infohub.kz.

In a post on his X account, Zelensky published a response message emphasizing the importance of friendly relations between the two countries. "Dear President Toqaev, I am grateful for your warm congratulations. Ukraine highly values its friendly relations with Kazakhstan, based on mutual respect, understanding, and long-standing ties between our peoples. We are determined to further strengthen our cooperation. I wish you every success, and the friendly people of Kazakhstan peace, well-being, and prosperity," he wrote.

As reported earlier, Qasym-Jomart Toqaev congratulated Volodymyr Zelensky on the 35th anniversary of Ukraine's independence and wished the Ukrainian people peace, well-being, and prosperity.
