Beyond the two major cities, meteorologists have issued warnings for severe weather across several other regions of Kazakhstan. Heavy rain, thunderstorms, hail, and strong winds are expected. Specifically, on May 21st, Kyzylorda, Turkestan, and Zhambyl regions are forecast to experience intense precipitation. A northern cyclone will bring rain, thunderstorms, hail, and storms to the northern and eastern parts of the country on May 20th and 21st.
