Aktau's 15th Microdistrict Gets Major Overhaul with New Asphalt and Amenities
Aktau's 15th microdistrict is currently the site of extensive renovation work aimed at modernizing residential courtyards and improving infrastructure. A key part of this initiative has been the laying of 31,000 square meters of new asphalt, significantly enhancing the road surfaces for both drivers and pedestrians.
Extensive Asphalt Laying and Courtyard Upgrades
The renovation efforts are focused on the courtyards of buildings numbered 45, 46, 47, and 55. The application of a double layer of asphalt has resulted in smoother roads, creating a more comfortable experience for all users. This project is part of a larger plan to revitalize a total of 82,000 square meters, with the remaining areas to be completed in subsequent phases.
Improved Lighting and Recreational Facilities
Beyond road improvements, the project addresses the district's lighting infrastructure. Out of a planned 296 light poles, 190 have already been installed, increasing safety and visibility during nighttime hours. Furthermore, new children's playgrounds and sports facilities are under construction, aiming to provide enhanced recreational opportunities for residents.
Commitment to Urban Comfort
Representatives from the contracting organization, including Abay Zholanbaev, have confirmed that the work is proceeding systematically. As part of the ongoing efforts to create a more pleasant urban environment, benches and trash receptacles are being installed in the newly renovated courtyards. These improvements underscore a continued commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the district's residents.
