On April 26, citizens of Kazakhstan could check the latest exchange rates for major currencies at local exchange points. The rates for the US dollar, Euro, and Russian ruble varied across the country's largest cities, including Almaty, Astana, and Shymkent.

Almaty Currency Exchange Rates

In Almaty, the US dollar was being bought for 462.75 tenge and sold for 464.93 tenge on April 26. The Euro's buying rate stood at 542.28 tenge, with a selling rate of 547.66 tenge. The Russian ruble was available for purchase at 5.98 tenge and sold at 6.10 tenge.

Astana Currency Exchange Rates

The capital city, Astana, saw slightly different rates. The US dollar's buying price was 460 tenge, and the selling price was 466.97 tenge. The Euro was bought at 538 tenge and sold at 548 tenge. For the Russian ruble, the buying rate was 5.85 tenge, and the selling rate reached 6.15 tenge.

Shymkent Currency Exchange Rates

In Shymkent, the US dollar was purchased at 463.63 tenge and sold at 465.67 tenge. The Euro's buying rate was 542.74 tenge, with a selling rate of 546.65 tenge. The Russian ruble was bought for 6.06 tenge and sold for 6.13 tenge.
