Renowned singer Roza Alkozha has announced her family's move to a new home, purchased with a mortgage, marking a new chapter of independent living. The artist shared the news on her social media, detailing the reasons behind the decision.

A New Home, A New Beginning

Despite ongoing renovation work in the new residence, Alkozha and her family have already settled in. Traditionally, relatives would gather to celebrate a housewarming with a 'shashu' (a scattering of coins and sweets). However, Alkozha opted for a more intimate celebration to mark their first days in the new dwelling.

Family Values and Independence

Alkozha explained her choice to move out with her husband, leaving the larger family home to her grandson. She expressed her belief against the traditional practice of adult children living with parents indefinitely, stressing that each child should establish their own family and life. "When you live together, you don't notice it, because there's so much. I know this because I grew up that way myself," the singer stated.

Raising a Daughter-in-Law

The singer also touched upon the upbringing of a daughter-in-law. Alkozha believes that individuals bring their own upbringing and experiences into a new family. She emphasized the need for kindness and love towards a daughter-in-law, recognizing her right to live as an individual. "She does what she knows, what's in her background. A daughter-in-law needs kindness too. She is a brave soul who has come to an unfamiliar family for love. She also has the right to live her own life," the singer wrote.

Alkozha highlighted the significance of timely 'separation' for each child, warning that many family problems stem from possessiveness. She concluded her thoughts by saying, "Tradition has its progress and its drawbacks. May we have many beautiful moments!"
