A trial has begun in Aktau concerning the tragic death of a young therapist, Nurdaulet Amangaliyev, who passed away from stab wounds in Zhanaozen on January 28th. Suspicions of Jealousy as Motive

Blogger Azamat Sarsenbayev, present at the court hearing, suggested that jealousy may have been the driving force behind the attack. He described the courtroom atmosphere as tense and noted that the suspect is a married man and a father of five. According to preliminary theories, the suspect allegedly confronted his wife's partner after discovering infidelity.

Emotional Distress and Surrender

Reports indicate that the suspect, upon receiving new information about his wife's alleged betrayal on the day of the incident, experienced significant emotional distress. This led him to go to the victim's workplace armed with a knife. Following the attack, the suspect voluntarily surrendered to the police.
