On June 23، the charred body of Aslan Alserov، a 37-year-old police officer، was discovered in the mountainous area of the Almaty region. The incident، which has sparked widespread public outcry، has led to a criminal investigation. The victim's wife، Arailym Alserova، has been arrested as a suspect، while three minors who were at the scene have been placed under house arrest، as reported by DalaNews.

Ulysmedia has released new details obtained from the teenagers' lawyers. Attorney Galym Nurpeisov stated that his client was a friend of the deceased officer's son. On the day of the incident، the teenager went to his friend's house to play video games.

“We have ordered an expert examination. A psychologist is currently working with him. The results will be known later. Since investigators pressured the minors and entered into a pre-trial agreement with them. They are minors. They had no intent. They did not know، nor did they plan. There was a conflict between the spouses. The children were in a state of shock. The Criminal Code has the concept of ‘excess of complicity،’ which in simple terms means: ‘Wrong time، wrong place،’” the lawyer said.
