During the 'Law and Order' operational and preventive campaign in Aktobe, police conducted a targeted inspection of one of the city's nightclubs. The check revealed administrative violations and led to the seizure of prohibited items, reports infohub.kz.

According to the regional police department's press service, search operations were carried out with the coordination of the prosecutor's office. Inside the club, particularly in the men's restroom, three bundles containing substances resembling narcotics were found and seized. Additionally, a metal knuckle duster and two folding knives were confiscated.

Near the bar counter, police discovered four hookahs. It was also established that at the time of the inspection, a minor born in 2009 was present in the club, which violates the legal prohibition on minors being in entertainment venues at night.

Regarding the identified violations, administrative offense reports were drawn up against the establishment's management under Article 132 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (allowing a minor to be in an entertainment venue at night), Part 1 of Article 441 (violation of the ban on consuming tobacco products, including heated tobacco), and Part 1 of Article 200 (violation of the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of alcohol sales).

Furthermore, the inspection revealed that the club's security guards were working without employment contracts. Seventeen people were taken to the police station.

The seized substances have been sent for analysis to determine their composition and whether they are narcotic or other prohibited substances. Investigative measures are currently underway to establish all circumstances of the incident and identify individuals involved in the possible illegal trafficking of prohibited substances, as well as to document any potential illegal activity.

Based on the results of the analyses and investigative actions, a legal assessment will be given to the actions of those involved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
