Almaty has unveiled a video visualization of a new modern stadium being built in the metropolis. Earlier, residents were shown a model of the sports facility, and now its appearance has been presented in motion, reports infohub.kz.
The Almaty Development Center published a video on its Instagram page showing what the new stadium will look like. Apparently, the visualization was created using artificial intelligence.
"Today it's a construction site, tomorrow it's a football stadium with 45,000 fans. The arena will be built in accordance with the requirements of the fourth category of UEFA and will host international matches," the video description says.
Recall that in August 2025, plans to build a modern international-level stadium in Almaty became known. At the same time, authorities announced what would happen to the Central Stadium. In December of that year, it was reported that the arena would seat 35,000, and a model of the facility was published.
However, recently the Almaty city administration clarified that the stadium being built to UEFA standards will seat not 35,000 but 45,000 spectators, and its exterior has also undergone changes.
