"The City Assets and Public Procurement Department proposes to put them up for sale to replenish the city budget and ensure additional revenues. Privatization will be carried out through the E-Qazyna web portal in the form of an auction or tender. Today, we propose to put up for sale 83 vehicles and special equipment. These are old vehicles," he said.
In addition, according to him, the Almaty district administration has sent a letter about the privatization of a residential building at Sembinov Street, 1/6. To sell it to an investor, we must put it up for auction. We will conduct an appraisal and set the price accordingly, including the land plot. The building's value is 12 million, and the land plot's value is 29 million," the speaker emphasized.
Along with this, the Almaty district administration has sent a letter about the privatization of 164 trade pavilions that were illegally located on the district's territory. After a court decision, they were dismantled and handed over to the district administration.
