Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange, has announced the partial resumption of withdrawals following a hack. The information was published on the exchange's account on social media platform X, according to infohub.kz.

"Binance is preparing to resume the first stage of withdrawals on November 1, 2026, between 06:00 and 09:00. Following the incident, our teams took precautionary measures to protect the platform, conducted security assessments, and verified the readiness of affected services. We are committed to gradually restoring withdrawals as security checks and readiness are completed. Deposit services remain open and were not affected by the incident," the statement said.

Binance assured that cash withdrawal services are being restored in phases. It was also noted that Binance has already replenished 90% of the assets stolen in the recent security incident.

Recall that earlier it was reported that Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange, suspended all deposit and withdrawal operations amid reports of a possible hack. The damage could reach $6.3 billion. Later, Binance's management stated that the security incident that occurred on October 30 may have been related to the hacking of an employee's laptop.

We also wrote that Trump reacted to the possible involvement of North Korea in the Binance hack — according to the agency, the FBI had previously stated, without providing evidence, that it had established links between the theft of six billion dollars from Binance and North Korea.
