Kazakh blogger Amir Tazhibayev recounted a parking lot incident that resonated with social media users, reports infohub.kz.
According to Tazhibayev, a pensioner accidentally scraped his Ferrari and was deeply upset about it. However, the blogger decided not to call the police or demand compensation.
“I’m not going to profit from you. It’s no big deal, these things happen,” the blogger said of his conversation with the man.
Tazhibayev also explained that the damage amount doesn’t matter much to him, while even a small expense could be a serious burden for the pensioner.
“I’m young, and the grandfather is elderly. For us, these 30,000 tenge won’t change anything, but it could hurt him,” the blogger said.
In the comments, many users supported the young man’s decision. Many wrote that such an act deserves respect and praised his upbringing.
“What excellent upbringing you have!”, “A manly act — worthy,” “You sow kindness, you reap happiness,” “How easily you accepted it, may your path always be light,” “Your act is noble!”, “You’re a great guy, bauryr!” wrote users of Kaznet.
Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle reported that a video filmed at a skate park in Almaty is gaining popularity on Kaznet. While some teenagers ride scooters and perform tricks during summer break, another boy delivers orders and only briefly stops to watch.
