Three Chinese citizens, who set off on a long road trip to Spain, found themselves in trouble in the Talas district of the Zhambyl region. At night, the foreigners lost their way and faced a car breakdown, reports the website infohub.kz.

The travelers not only lost their bearings on the road but also damaged a wheel, making it impossible to continue. Stranded on an unfamiliar highway, they turned to the police for help.

"The police ensured the safety of the travelers, offered them hot tea and food. In addition, they called a tow truck and helped deliver the car to the nearest service center," the department reported.

At the workshop, the damaged wheel was successfully replaced. Before letting the road trippers go, the officers adjusted their navigation route and explained how to get onto the right highway.

The Chinese citizens sincerely thanked the Kazakh police for their efficiency, hospitality, and care, and then safely continued their journey to Europe.
