Six people sought medical help after a fire in a residential complex on Adi Sharipov Street in Almaty, four of whom were hospitalized, reports infohub.kz.

A major fire broke out on August 23 in one of Almaty's residential complexes. According to the city's public health department, six victims required medical assistance.

Three victims were taken to the City Emergency Hospital. According to the department, after examination, one female patient was hospitalized, and two were referred for outpatient observation.

Another two victims are at the Central City Clinical Hospital, where they are receiving necessary medical care, the city health department clarified.

Separately, the department reported a minor victim. After a medical examination, doctors gave recommendations for further observation, but relatives refused hospitalization.

Recall that the day before, a fire became known in one of Almaty's residential complexes. One of the fire victims died despite resuscitation efforts by arriving medics.
