Zhaniya Sandybai, director of the oil company Aydala Munai, received remuneration of 1.5 million tenge for 2025, which is about 125 thousand tenge per month. In the previous year, her income was slightly higher — 1.6 million tenge, reports the website infohub.kz.
According to the company's reporting, in 2025 its loss reached 5.4 million tenge. Aydala Munai is a holding structure and owns a 25% stake in the oil-producing enterprise Ada Oil through the Dutch company Kernhem B.V. The company does not conduct its own operational activities.
In turn, Ada Oil develops the Bashenkol oil and gas field, located in the Mugalzhar and Temir districts of the Aktobe region.
At the end of 2025, 50% of Aydala Munai's shares belonged to Rustam Dosanov, another 50% to Yerken Dzhantailakov. Rustam Dosanov is the brother (brother-in-law) of Dimash Dosanov, former head of KazTransOil and husband of Aliya Nazarbayeva, the youngest daughter of the first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev.
In 2024, a number of media reported on the divorce of Aliya Nazarbayeva and Dimash Dosanov, but there was no official confirmation of this information.
