According to the press service of the Almaty Police Department, a video appeared on social media showing a Hyundai Elantra driver grossly violating traffic rules on Raiymbek Avenue. Police quickly identified the violator as a 23-year-old resident of Almaty.
For gross violations of traffic rules, he was brought to administrative responsibility under several articles at once: for dangerous maneuvering, driving without a state license plate, tinting, failure to comply with road markings, and driving without proper license.
The case materials were sent to the specialized inter-district administrative court of Almaty. The judge sentenced the Almaty resident to 30 days of administrative arrest and a fine of over 100 MCI, which amounts to 432,500 tenge.
