Ahead of the long-awaited performance by world-renowned singer Enrique Iglesias, set to take place in the capital on September 3, the Astana city administration has issued an important notice to residents, reports infohub.kz.
The city administration's press service reminded that the concert will begin at 8:00 PM. To ensure convenience for attendees and reduce traffic congestion, special shuttle routes will be organized on that day. Buses will start running from 4:00 PM, providing transportation from four locations in the city to the Astana Arena stadium, as well as return trips after the event.
The shuttle routes will include the following parking areas: near the city circus, near the Hazret Sultan Mosque, near the Qazaqstan sports complex on Kazhymukan Street, and near the Nur-Sultan Mosque (the main mosque).
"Shuttle buses will operate in both directions - before the concert and after it ends. The introduction of additional shuttle routes helps avoid road congestion and ensures comfortable travel conditions for all residents of the capital," the official statement reads.
Additionally, attendees can use the light rail transport "Tarlan Astana," which will provide a quick and convenient way to reach the concert venue.
It is worth recalling that in March, Enrique Iglesias announced two concerts in Kazakhstan: in Almaty and Astana. The Almaty performance is scheduled for September 5.
