A Swiss food holding that produces mayonnaise and sauces in Kazakhstan under the "3 zhelaniya" brand paid its executives nearly half a billion tenge over the year — an average of about 8 million tenge a month each, the website infohub.kz reports.

At the end of 2025, total remuneration for members of the management board of the food holding Eurasian Foods Corporation, which makes products under the "3 zhelaniya" and "Shedevr" brands, amounted to 487.9 million tenge. That works out to an average of around 8 million tenge a month per top manager.

The total remuneration of management board members for 2025 reached 487.9 million tenge, 40 million tenge more than a year earlier. At the same time, the holding's profit for 2025 edged down 0.5% to 8.48 billion tenge.

The company's top management team remained unchanged throughout the year. It comprised five people: board chairman Grigoriy Pletnikov, chief engineer Oleg Belfer, commercial director Yekaterina Razdevi, security service chief Malik Kurmanbayev and chief technologist Marina Pak. On average, each received 97.57 million tenge in salary and bonuses for the year, or about 8 million tenge a month.

Eurasian Foods Corporation produces mayonnaise, ketchup and sauces under the "3 zhelaniya" brand, "Shedevr" vegetable oil and other food products. In Kazakhstan, the holding includes plants in Almaty, Karaganda and Petropavlovsk.

The holding is wholly owned by Switzerland-registered Ursem Holding AG. It was previously reported that the food holding Eurasian Foods Corporation would pay its shareholder 1.8 billion tenge in dividends for 2025.
