Filming has wrapped in Aktau for 'Armour of God 4: Ultimatum'. Sәlem Entertainment has shared behind-the-scenes footage, reports infohub.kz.
The company said the film was shot on water, on land, and from the air. Studio representatives thanked the city's residents: "We would like to express our gratitude to the residents for their hospitality, a warm welcome, and support for our team."
Residents of Aktau actively shared on social media footage of the filming process, which had taken place on July 31. Unsurprisingly, the scene was a large-scale production involving a rescue helicopter.
In the comments, Kazakhstanis are wishing the film to become a box-office leader and asking about further shoots. Some are asking to be cast as extras: "Invite us to be extras, Almaty or Almaty region. I, my wife, and two daughters—maybe a young family is needed. At least that way we can see the Legend." Others are curious: "Is a woman running with a child needed for the crowd? At least that way we'll see Jackie."
According to the press service of the Ministry of Culture, the film's shooting will take place in the Mangystau and Almaty regions, as well as in Almaty. They are expected to be completed in October, and the premiere is scheduled for Q2 2027.
Earlier, Kursiv Lifestyle reported that representatives of Salem Entertainment refer to this film as the final installment in the 'Armour of God' franchise.
