Geo.kz, a subsoil use company, reported a net profit of 584.7 million tenge for 2025, nearly double the 298.8 million tenge it earned the previous year. According to financial statements, the majority shareholder is Vladislav Ogay, son of well-known millionaire Eduard Ogay, reports infohub.kz.

The company's revenue for the reporting period grew from 2.9 billion to 3.8 billion tenge. Gross profit increased from 864.7 million to 1.49 billion tenge, while operating profit rose from 557.9 million to 1.14 billion tenge.

At the same time, administrative expenses increased from 306.8 million to 349.2 million tenge, and other expenses from 82.9 million to 328.2 million tenge.

As a result, profit before tax reached 766.4 million tenge, compared to 397.3 million tenge a year earlier. After corporate income tax, net profit stood at 584.7 million tenge.

According to the report, Geo.kz is registered in Ust-Kamenogorsk. The company is engaged in subsoil use operations, including geological exploration, development of exploration and appraisal projects, and geological-economic analysis of mineral deposits.

The company holds licenses for exploration of solid minerals at the Bala-Ulek and Predgornoye sites in the East Kazakhstan region, as well as a contract for exploration of copper-bearing ores at the Azamat-Grigoryevsky site.

As of the end of 2025, the largest shareholder of Geo.kz is Vladislav Ogay with a 70% stake. Another 15% each belongs to Dmitry Alekseychuk and Ruslan Oral.

Vladislav's father, Eduard Ogay, ranks 15th in the Forbes list of the richest businessmen in Kazakhstan, with an estimated fortune of $650 million. In 2025, he was 11th with $761 million.
