Global showbiz star Jared Leto faces fresh allegations of sexual misconduct with minors, according to infohub.kz.

The BBC has released a documentary in which ten women describe the musician's misconduct. Four of them accuse him of rape and sexual assault. At the time of the incidents, three were under the age of 18.

One woman claims Leto raped her in a motel bathroom when she was 17. Another says he threatened her when they were alone when she was 19. A third alleges she had sex with the star at age 17, while the age of consent in the state is 18. A fourth says Leto propositioned her for sex at 16 and persistently called her, using his status.

Another woman in the documentary claims that at age 14, during an autograph session, Leto made inappropriate jokes about her breasts and then instructed a security guard to take her backstage.

All the women met Leto between 2002 and 2016, when he was in his 30s and 40s. The musician is now 54. Former staff from the actor's team also gave interviews in the film. They said the entire support staff felt uncomfortable when Leto invited teenagers backstage or to the house where the band recorded their songs.

Overall, the BBC has counted about 120 allegations of misconduct against the star since the start of his career. Jared Leto denies all allegations. However, despite the number of public accounts, the singer has no criminal record, which may indicate a lack of evidence for a trial.

Notably, Jared Leto performed in Kazakhstan twice, in 2024 and 2025. During one show, he hinted he wouldn't mind buying a house in Almaty. The actor also said he wouldn't mind becoming a godparent to a child from Astana.

Earlier, the portal Kursiv LifeStyle reported that Jared Leto revealed the secret to his ageless youth.
