In Kyzylorda, a group of drivers has been held accountable after a video of their dangerous driving was posted online. The footage shows motorists violating maneuvering rules and other traffic regulations, reports infohub.kz.
According to Polisia.kz, the violators were identified during a social media monitoring by police officers. The video shows several drivers organizing a motorcade in the city. They ignored traffic rules, violated maneuvering and hazard light usage regulations, and drove vehicles without state registration plates.
Per the department, all participants were identified and brought to the police. They turned out to be residents of Kyzylorda aged 20 to 35. Legal measures have been taken against the offenders under current legislation. One vehicle was impounded.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that police continue to monitor social media, and no such incident will be left unattended. Each violation will be given a proper legal assessment. The ministry also warned citizens to strictly adhere to traffic rules, noting that blocking the roadway, illegal use of sound signals, or dangerous maneuvers are unlawful and will inevitably lead to liability.
