Land plots near the Istra River in the Moscow region, formerly owned by Russian singer Alla Pugacheva, have been sold at auction for a symbolic sum. The bidding took place, and the winner is an entrepreneur who had previously initiated a check into the legality of ownership of this land, reports infohub.kz.
In November 2025, businessman Gleb Ryskov filed a complaint against the Prima Donna, claiming she illegally occupied the coastal zone near her estate in the village of Malye Berezhki on the Istra Reservoir. An inspection by Rosvodresursy confirmed these claims, after which the materials were sent to the Prosecutor General's Office.
As a result of the court proceedings, Pugacheva was obliged to sell the plots through an auction. The total area of land was 2,500 square meters of the Istra River coastline. At the auction, where Ryskov was the only bidder, the lot was sold for 14,000 rubles (approximately 77,000 tenge). However, since there were no competitors, the contract with the winner was concluded not for sale but for water use until 2036. Thus, the entrepreneur obtained the plots for ten years and plans to organize a yacht club there.
It is worth recalling that after Pugacheva and her family left Russia in October 2022, there have been periodic calls for the confiscation of the singer's and Maxim Galkin's castle in the village of Gryaz near Moscow. This estate is located about 65 kilometers from those very coastal plots that the Russian businessman recently acquired.
Many observers believe that buying land for a pittance could be the beginning of a process to seize property from the star couple. Ryskov himself intends to soon seek the transfer of Pugacheva's estate in Malye Berezhki to him, citing that many buildings on the singer's dacha were erected illegally.
Gleb Ryskov, an entrepreneur from Saratov, is known for his attempts to challenge celebrities' rights to their property. Previously, he tried to sue Filipp Kirkorov for a private beach on the Moskva River, and also sought the seizure of the coastal strip of the Malaya Istra River from Morgenstern. He filed a complaint with the prosecutor's office against Larisa Dolina over the construction of a pond in the Moscow region.
Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle reported that Pugacheva does not rule out her return to the stage and dreams of performing in Kyiv.
