In Kazakhstan, more than 30 lots have been put up for auction, including a stake in Tulpar LLP, luxury apartments, and jewelry with watches totaling over 736 million tenge, reports infohub.kz.
The auction information is posted on the website of the Company for the Management of Returned Assets. The lots are available on the state property registry web portal sauda.e-qazyna.kz.
Among the lots is a 100% stake in Tulpar LLP with a starting price of 991,469,139 tenge. The enterprise is located in Almaty and employs 6 people.
Also put up for auction are jewelry and watches — 32 lots in total. Their total starting price is 736,049,849 tenge.
In addition, three apartments in Astana have been re-listed for sale. One is in the Parisian Quarter residential complex, with an area of 93.6 square meters, priced at 112,926,585 tenge. The second is a two-level apartment in the same complex, with an area of 309.5 square meters, starting at 363,244,554 tenge. The third is in the Green Village residential complex, with an area of 231.8 square meters, priced at 214,016,394 tenge.
The auctions will take place on August 2, 27, and 28. Earlier, a cottage with an area of over 350 square meters was sold at auction in Astana for 353 million tenge. That property was also a returned asset.
