System Of A Down and Slipknot frontmen have recorded together for the first time: Serj Tankian and Corey Taylor are guest vocalists on a new song by the metal band Falling In Reverse, led by Ronnie Radke, infohub.kz reports.

The track is titled Joseph. It marks the band's first release in over a year. Notably, the name is tied to Radke himself: Joseph is his middle name.

The song blends several genres and constantly shifts mood. It opens with calm piano and melodic vocals, then moves into heavy guitar riffs and aggressive sound. Serj Tankian and Corey Taylor perform different parts of the song, each in their own distinctive style.

Along with the song, the band released a music video that has already garnered over 4.7 million views on YouTube.

Tankian and Taylor have long been iconic figures in the heavy alternative scene. The former rose to fame with System Of A Down, while the latter has been Slipknot's frontman for many years. Radke is much younger than his collaborators, but his band Falling In Reverse has long held a prominent place among post-hardcore and alternative metal acts.
