Forecasters have issued a storm warning for almost the entire territory of Kazakhstan for Sunday, October 4. The news is reported by infohub.kz, citing the state-run Kazhydromet weather service.
According to forecasters, fog is expected at night and in the morning on October 4 in the west and north of the North Kazakhstan Region. In the Kostanay Region, fog is forecast at night and in the morning in the west and north. Fog is also expected at night and in the morning in the east of the Abai Region. Southeasterly and southerly winds in the west, north and center of the region will reach 15-20 meters per second, with daytime gusts of up to 25 meters per second.
