In Taraz, a strong gust of wind lifted an inflatable bouncy castle into the air with two children inside. Fortunately, they escaped with only a fright and were not injured, reports infohub.kz.
The incident occurred on August 11 near house No. 68/1 in the Uly Dala microdistrict. Due to a sudden wind gust, the attraction tipped over and soared upward, after which the children fell to the ground. Witnesses captured the incident on video, which quickly spread on social media. The footage shows the bouncy castle tilting and rising into the air, with adults rushing to help the children.
The akimat of the Aulieata district of Taraz reported that an ambulance crew arrived promptly at the scene. Medics examined the children and determined that no harm was done to their health; they sustained no injuries.
Regarding the incident, administrative measures were taken against the entrepreneur who had installed the attraction — a fine was imposed. Additionally, a proposal was sent to the authorized department to take action against the owner of the car park, as the facility was used for purposes other than its intended one.
