Technodom Operator, a Kazakh electronics and home appliance retail chain, has announced dividends on its preferred shares for the third quarter of 2026. The total payout will amount to 70.784 million tenge, according to infohub.kz.

The decision was published on the website of the Financial Reporting Depository (FRD). The dividend per preferred share is set at 7,000 tenge. Payments cover 10,112 outstanding shares, which adds up to the announced 70.784 million tenge. The funds will be transferred to shareholders by bank transfer.

Technodom Operator's shareholder is Amsterdam-registered TD Retail B.V. The group's ultimate controlling party is Kazakh businessman Eduard Kim, who ranks 52nd on Forbes' list of Kazakhstan's wealthiest people with a fortune of $197 million.

In January 2026, Kursiv reported that Technodom planned to pay a similar amount — 70.784 million tenge — for the fourth quarter of 2025.

According to audited financial statements, in 2025 the company declared preferred share dividends of 283.136 million tenge but did not actually pay them during the year. In 2024, payments totaled 223.852 million tenge, and in 2023 they were 325.605 million tenge.

The new dividends were announced amid deteriorating financial results at Technodom. As Kursiv reported, the group's revenue fell 9.2% to 210.9 billion tenge in 2025. Net profit dropped roughly tenfold, from 387.7 million to 38 million tenge.

At the same time, Technodom has been shrinking its retail network. The number of stores decreased from 78 to 62, and order pickup points from 57 to three. The group's workforce declined by 405 people to 3,528.

Technodom Operator is engaged in wholesale and retail trade of electronics and home appliances in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
