As reported on the official Telegram channel of Aibek Smadiyarov, Advisor and Press Secretary to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the head of state emphasized that this success is the result of the athlete's hard work and determination. The President also noted that such prestigious competitions contribute to the revival of the glorious traditions of the Kazakh people and inspire the younger generation to engage in national sports.
Recall that on August 15, in the final of the qazaq kuresi tournament, Nurtilepuly from the Mangystau region defeated Yerassyl Kazhybayev from the Abai region. The champion received the title "Qazaqstan Barysy", a gold belt, the "Taytuyaq" cup, and 15 million tenge, writes Sports.kz.
It is worth noting that "Qazaqstan Barysy" is a prestigious annual republican tournament in qazaq kuresi, held since 2011 among heavyweights to determine the strongest palwan in the country.
