The statement came during a press conference at the White House, where Trump was asked why Kim Jong Un had not reacted to his initiative. "How do you know he didn't respond?" the American leader retorted. He stressed that a response from the North Korean leader had come and characterized the nature of the dialogue as positive. "Yes, he responded. It's very positive," Trump said. Earlier, Donald Trump boasted of good relations with Kim Jong Un, posting a joint photo on social media. In addition, he ordered the Pentagon to reduce the scale of joint US-South Korea military exercises, explaining this precisely by the "good relations" with the North Korean leader, reports the website infohub.kz.
