In Uralsk, an entrepreneur managed to recover building materials worth 10 million tenge that were nearly stolen, reports the website infohub.kz.

As the businessman told on social media, his company almost lost building materials worth a large sum. According to him, they loaded the goods onto a truck to send them to a fraudster, but discovered the fake payment order in time and contacted the police.

“The most interesting thing is that we loaded the goods onto a truck ourselves to send them to the fraudster. However, as soon as it turned out that the payment order was fake, we immediately contacted the police. The officers acted extremely promptly: they immediately relayed the information to patrol crews. We understood that every minute counted and the truck could be unloaded at any moment. We waited anxiously, and soon we were informed that the vehicle had been stopped on the highway and was being escorted by police officers to our base. After a while, that very mounting foam we had already considered lost was back on our premises,” the entrepreneur said.

The author of the post expressed gratitude to the police department of the West Kazakhstan region for their professionalism and efficiency. The police clarified that the incident occurred on August 20 in Uralsk. As a result of operational search measures, the truck with mounting foam was detained, and the goods were returned to the owner in full.
