The White House has announced the launch of its own round-the-clock Trump TV stream on the YouTube video platform, amid a deepening conflict with the American news media, according to infohub.kz.
The launch of the 24-hour broadcast was announced by the White House's official account on the social network X. The post said: "TRUMP TV is streaming right now. Around the clock, updated in real time. The best moments of past years, announcements and the latest news from the administration — all in one place. Not all important events were shown on television until now, and now they will be."
The Trump TV stream is available on the White House's YouTube channel, the report notes.
Recall that on September 18 the US president said he was barring correspondents from CNN, MS NOW and Politico from the White House, claiming these outlets spread fake news. The very next day, journalists from those outlets said they had been denied entry to the White House. Donald Trump then posted an image of garbage bags bearing the logos of CNN, MSNBC and Politico.
It later emerged that three news organizations whose journalists were barred from the White House last week had filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump.
