The sanction under Part 3 of Article 127-2 of the Code of Administrative Offences provides for a warning or a fine for parents or persons acting in their stead amounting to 10 monthly calculation indices. The court found no aggravating or mitigating circumstances.
By court ruling, the man was found guilty under Part 3 of Article 127-2 of the Code of Administrative Offences and given an administrative warning. The ruling has entered into force.
