According to preliminary investigation findings, the alleged crimes were committed in stages. The first victim was reportedly the brother-in-law of the accused, Nauryz. Approximately six months later, the victims' parents and sister also met their tragic end.

Sultan Sarsemaliev is currently in custody, facing charges related to the deaths of all four individuals. The case will be presided over by Judge Zarema Khamidullina.
