Chaos at Pavlodar Clinic: Patients Surge for Doctor Appointments

A chaotic scene unfolded outside a city clinic in Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, as a large crowd of patients, primarily the elderly and pensioners, jostled for access to see doctors. The surge occurred as the clinic doors opened, with many eager to secure appointments.

Mass Rush for Appointments

Video footage shared by local media captured the intense scramble as people pushed their way inside the clinic. The situation escalated further near the appointment booking machines, where disputes arose among patients vying for limited slots.

Clinic Management's Response

According to the city's health department, the clinic serves approximately 62,000 patients. Officials stated that all necessary arrangements are in place for orderly treatment and urged the public to avoid unnecessary panic.

"We observe a high concentration of patients in the morning, but the flow gradually decreases throughout the day. We kindly ask patients to refrain from forming large queues before the clinic opens, to observe the internal regulations of the medical institution, and to treat other patients and medical staff with respect," the Pavlodar Regional Health Department communicated.
