This development is expected to not only elevate the quality of medical services available to citizens but also to significantly boost Kazakhstan's profile in medical tourism.

High-Level Collaboration and Investment

Details of this significant undertaking were discussed during a meeting between Mark Coombs, CEO of Ashmore Group, and the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The project, a joint venture between Ashmore Healthcare International and 'Samruk-Kazyna Invest', will leverage the expertise of Mount Sinai Health System, a major medical institution based in New York. President Tokayev expressed strong support for the initiative, pledging comprehensive backing from the state.
