Authorities in the Atyrau region have revealed new details in the perplexing case of a missing family, with the son-in-law now placed on an international wanted list. The wife, Akbayan, is still missing.

The update comes from Meirym Yerdaulet, a representative of the Atyrau Regional Police Department, who shared the latest developments in the ongoing investigation.

Son-in-Law on International Wanted List

In an interview with journalist Ruslan Otepbai, Yerdaulet confirmed that the family's son-in-law has been declared an international fugitive. Despite extensive efforts, Akbayan, the wife, remains among the list of missing persons.

Family's International Travel Confirmed

While police have not officially disclosed the specific countries the individuals may have traveled to, investigators have determined that the family left Atyrau, traveled to Shymkent, and subsequently departed for other nations via Uzbekistan. This information is considered a critical component of the ongoing investigation.
