Alpecon Group, which previously implemented a fruit processing project worth 9.5 billion tenge, will invest 2.3 billion tenge in the construction of a tomato paste plant in the Kyzylorda Region, reports the website infohub.kz.
In the Zhanakorgan district of the Kyzylorda Region, a large-scale project for the production of tomato paste is planned. Alpecon Group will invest 2.3 billion tenge in modernizing the enterprise and creating modern production facilities.
The company intends to purchase the plant from its previous owner, Atmo Agro. The plan includes updating technological equipment, repairing workshops and other facilities, as well as purchasing specialized machinery. The plant's capacity will be up to 600 tons of tomatoes per day.
To launch the enterprise, the company plans to develop 2.3 hectares of irrigated land for growing tomatoes. It also plans to purchase raw materials from farmers in the Turkestan Region. The project will create a sustainable production chain that combines growing, processing, and producing finished goods.
It should be noted that in June 2026, Alpecon Group launched a fruit and vegetable deep processing plant with a capacity of 70,000 tons of raw materials per year. The cost of the enterprise was 9.5 billion tenge, with financing provided by the Development Bank of Kazakhstan.
According to Adata, the owners of Alpecon Group are Samat Balabekov and Capital NS, owned by Ergaly Doszhanov and Zhanargul Zhakipova. No additional information about the businessmen was found in open sources.
