The Chinese crossover Deepal S07, already familiar to drivers in Kazakhstan, has entered the European market in a new hybrid version. The Deepal S07 Ultra PHEV, producing 254 hp, made its debut at the Auto Athina 2026 show in Greece, according to infohub.kz.
The new model can travel up to 100 km on electric power alone, and its starting price is €36,000 — roughly 18.4 million tenge.
Its powertrain combines a 1.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor. Combined output reaches 190 kW, equivalent to 254 hp.
The crossover is fitted with an 18.4 kWh LFP battery supporting DC fast charging at up to 55 kW. On electric power the S07 Ultra PHEV covers up to 100 km, while its claimed total range reaches about 1,000 km.
It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds and has a top speed of 185 km/h. Dimensions are 4,750×1,930×1,625 mm with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm.
In Greece, the base version of the Deepal S07 Ultra PHEV is priced at €36,000 — about 18.4 million tenge. The more expensive variant costs €39,000, or roughly 20 million tenge. Buyers who place an order directly at the motor show receive a €1,000 discount.
In Kazakhstan, the hybrid Deepal S07 is already fairly common, but so far it is imported and sold only by private dealers. According to the Kolesa.kz platform, prices for such crossovers average between 11 million and 14.5 million tenge.
The new European S07 therefore turns out to be noticeably more expensive than the hybrid versions already on sale in Kazakhstan.
Earlier, Kursiv Auto reported that Changan wants to merge Avatr and Deepal in order to cut costs.
