A free school of programming and artificial intelligence, Tomorrow School, has opened its first regional campus in Taldykorgan. By the end of 2026, the school plans to train 1,500 people, according to infohub.kz.

The campus is based at the "Zhetisu Zhastary" center, with support from the regional digital technologies department and the IT hub Jetisu Digital. Fifty computers with necessary software have been prepared for training. The school will operate around the clock in four shifts, with classes starting on September 28.

Aydin Temirbayev, head of the regional digital technologies department, noted that participants over 15 years old can enroll. No specialized education or IT experience is required.

"This is a great opportunity for participants over 15 to undergo free practical training in programming and artificial intelligence. The school will operate 24/7 in four shifts. Classes will begin on September 28," Temirbayev said.

To enroll in Tomorrow School, applicants must register on the project's website, choose a campus, fill out an application, and pass two online games testing memory and logic. Successful candidates will be invited to a four-week intensive.

After the intensive course, the best participants can proceed to the main 18-month program. The training is in-person, without traditional lectures or teachers: students study materials independently, work in teams, check each other's assignments, and complete over 50 practical projects in programming and artificial intelligence.

Aigerim Shaimerdenova, head of Tomorrow School, emphasized that prior programming experience is not required for admission.

Tomorrow School was founded in 2024 at Astana Hub and is now scaling to regions across Kazakhstan.
