In the Zhambyl region, a court has established the work history of a man who worked at a liquidated cooperative for over 12 years, allowing him to increase his pension payments, as reported by infohub.kz.
According to the official Telegram channel of the Zhambyl regional courts, the Moyynkum district court reviewed a civil case to establish a legally significant fact of employment.
The applicant asked the court to confirm that he worked as a driver at a former production cooperative from August 1992 to December 2004, a period of more than 12 years.
The need to go to court arose because the company's documents were not preserved. According to an archival certificate, the documents were never deposited for storage. Moreover, the company is not registered in the database because it was liquidated.
In court, witnesses confirmed that the man worked at the cooperative during the stated period.
The court noted that it was impossible to restore the necessary documents and thus secure the citizen's right to higher pension contributions through any other means.
After examining the evidence, the court concluded that the claims were justified.
The court ruled in favor of the applicant, establishing that he worked as a driver from August 1992 to December 2004. The decision has entered into legal force.
