A woman in the Moiynkum district of the Zhambyl region has been held administratively liable for an offense committed by her minor son. The teenager engaged in bullying and extortion at school, reports infohub.kz.

In May 2026, a 9th-grade student at a rural school bullied several 8th-graders, demanding money from them. Since the offender had not reached the age of criminal or full administrative responsibility (the bullying was committed by a minor aged 12 to 16), a protocol was drawn up against his mother.

In court, the defendant, identified as citizen Zh., fully admitted guilt, confirmed all circumstances of the case, and pledged to strengthen supervision over her son's behavior. The court found her guilty under Part 3 of Article 127-2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan (“Bullying committed by a minor”) and imposed a fine of 43,000 tenge (10 MCI).

The ruling has entered into force. The court identified no aggravating or mitigating circumstances.
