Sultan Sarsemaliyev has been sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of four people in the Atyrau region, according to infohub.kz.
The state prosecutor had requested the same punishment, seeking a life sentence for the murder of two or more persons with extreme cruelty and for mercenary motives. Other charges were also involved in the case.
The crime occurred in late 2025 in Zhengeldin village. According to the investigation, Sarsemaliyev brutally killed the parents, brother, and sister of his ex-wife Akbayan Mukangaliyeva.
