From 2006 to 2009, he led the FAA's offices in Singapore and Beijing. His responsibilities involved assessing international safety standards and supervising foreign repair stations.

As the new head of the Civil Aviation Administration, Daniel's primary objectives include establishing direct air travel between Kazakhstan and the United States. His deep expertise in international aviation standards and safety is expected to be crucial in achieving this goal.
