Mourners Demand Ban on 'Khan Tamada' Over Leaked Intimate Video

Community activists and residents in the Mangystau region have voiced strong objections to the activities of a popular wedding host, widely known by the nickname 'Khan'. The controversy stems from a private, intimate video of the host that recently surfaced and began circulating online.

Public Outcry and Moral Concerns

A group of concerned citizens has released a video appeal, asserting that the wedding host no longer possesses the moral standing to appear in public. Activists argue that such incidents tarnish the reputation of professionals within the event industry and undermine the spiritual values of the region.

"It is known that the video recorded by a citizen nicknamed 'Khan', who hosts weddings in the Mangystau region, has caused a significant stir not only among professionals but also among the general public. This individual, who recorded content that is shameful to discuss, is not a native of our region and did not receive his upbringing here," stated the appeal.

Those lodging the complaint feel that the actions of one individual are unfairly casting a shadow over other wedding hosts and residents of Mangystau. They have urged wedding organizers and clients to cease engaging the services of this controversial figure.

Investigation and Couple's Statement

Earlier reports indicated that Aktau police had apprehended a suspect believed to be responsible for the dissemination of the video materials. The individual identified was a local teenager. A criminal case has been initiated under the article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning "Violation of Privacy.".

Both 'Khan Tamada' and his wife have stated that the video was intended for personal use only and was stolen from a hidden folder on a mobile phone. "This is not for hype. We are not foolish enough to seek popularity through such videos. It seems our mobile operator accessed that file and distributed it," the wedding host explained.

Despite the couple's explanation, community activists remain concerned about the fate of the teenager facing criminal charges. "We are worried about the future of this teenager who is being charged for distributing this video. All of this needs to be thoroughly investigated. Only the guilty party should bear responsibility," the activists concluded.

Police remind the public that distributing private materials without the owner's consent can lead to criminal liability.
