A disturbing incident has unfolded in the Munaily district of the Mangystau region, where the body of a school-aged child was discovered in a courtyard. According to initial reports from local residents, the child's body exhibited signs consistent with strangulation. The first person to find the child reportedly mistook the scene for a discarded toy.
