According to investigative findings, Sarsemaliev is suspected of murdering four members of a family in the Atyrau region. The bodies of the deceased couple were discovered in a shed on their property. The remains of their son and daughter were found in the yard of a house in the Geolog microdistrict, where the suspect had previously rented accommodation.

International Manhunt and Recovery

Law enforcement agencies reported that Sultan Sarsemaliev was initially detained in Indonesia before being brought back to Kazakhstan. Authorities found personal identification documents, bank cards, and mobile phones belonging to the victims in his possession.
